TNT Extreme Wrestling, an over-18s wrestling organisation based in Merseyside, are preparing to launch an indoor festival for rock music and professional wrestling on the 30th of October, live from the legendary Electrik Warehouse venue.
Dubbed “Extreme Fields” in honour of Liverpool’s legendary Creamfields event, the event will boast 16 professional wrestling matches, 6 live bands, and a trader’s floor featuring local, independent businesses.
“It’s huge. This has never happened before in the UK. Rock and wrestling combined together,” said owner and promoter of TNT, Jay Apter.
The confirmed bands for the Halloween extravaganza are Scare Tactics, Junior, Nebulesse, Attic Theory, Disraeli’s Whip, and Only the Righteous, providing a mix of up and coming musical talent from Liverpool and around the UK.
Confirmed wrestling talent set to compete includes TNT Extreme Division champion Clint Margera, TNT tag team champions The She-Wolves, Dan Moloney, Alexxis Falcon, and vaunted Britwres stalwart Dean Allmark. Margera is set to take on challenger Tyler Devlin after Devlin attacked Clint at Thrill Kill, while The She-Wolves will be defending their newly-captured tag belts at the festival. Dean Allmark will compete for an opportunity to claim the vacated TNT World Championship against the wily Chris Ridgeway.
Extreme Fields will also be a collaborative effort for up-and-coming promotions across the UK; five additional companies including British Wrestling Revolution based in Grimsby, Wrestle Island in Birkenhead and Odyssey Pro Wrestling will be appearing, hosting their own exhibition contests alongside the scheduled TNT bouts – their wrestlers will be looking to make an impact inside the Electrik Warehouse. Also appearing are the Lancashire Wrestling Federation and Superstar Pro Wrestling.
There will also be an entire floor dedicated to local traders including but not limited to Top Rope Brewing who create themed beers related to pro wrestling, Smithbro’s CBD, the UK’s number one provider for CBD oils, and Rammr Clobber, a local alternative clothing brand.
The event is scheduled for Halloween weekend on the 30th of October, 2021. Tickets are available for £30 from https://wtlive.wrestlingtravel.com/event/extreme-fields-2021/. The festival is scheduled from 12pm to 7:30pm with doors opening at 11:30am.
The Electrik Warehouse was formerly known as the Krazyhouse and is a legendary rock venue in Liverpool, sitting just 2 minutes on foot from Liverpool Central station and 5 minutes on foot from Lime Street Station.
TNT Extreme Wrestling and owner Jay Apter anticipate this will be an action-packed day, providing excellent value for money for wrestling and rock music fans alike.
