The WWE has seen a lot of great groups pass through the ring, from the Dudley brothers to The New Day. The title itself has seen a lot of changes going from WWE Tag Team Championship from 2002-2016. The Unified WWE Tag Team Championship from 2009-2010. The WWE Raw Tag Team Championship from 2016-2024. 5 – Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan and Kane)
Winning the title at the Night of Champions event, Team Hell No won the belt back in September 2012. The team consisting of two WWE heavyweights, Kane and Daniel Bryan, captured fans hearts with the charisma and brute strength. Team Hell No went on to hold the belt for 245 days. 4 – John Morrison and the Miz
Formally known as Johnny Nitro, John Morrison used to be a part of the Tag Team MNM. Consisting of Johnny Nitro, Melina, and Joey Mercury. The team even won the WWE Tag Team Championship in their debut match against Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio. So, when he changed his name and teamed up with the cocky superstar, the Miz, people got excited for his comeback. One that made an impact as well as Morrison and the Miz won the title at a Smackdown! event in November 2007. With the team managing to retain the belt for a whopping 250 days!

3 – The Colóns (Carlito and Primo)
The Colóns were two Puerto Rican brothers Carlito and Primo. Who followed in their father’s footsteps as wrestlers. The two began tag teaming in their father’s company, winning the WWC World Tag Team Championship. Debuting as a team on Smackdown in 2008, They won the WWE Tag Team Championship in their first fixture against Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder. The longest the brothers held the belts was for an impressive 280 days.
2 – Paul London and Brian Kendrick
The team who held the record for longest reigning World Tag Team Champions until their record was broken in 2016. The team of Paul London and Brian Kendrick won the belt at Judgement Day, winning the titles from MNM. The impressive tag team nearly made it a whole year defending the title. Just coming short with 331 days.

Now for the team that knocked London and Kendrick off the top spot. The New Day, consisting of Big E, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, held the belt for a whopping 483 days straight!
